Hello! Has anyone used Loops & Threads Petite Purl yarn for a baby blanket? I used the yarn recently for a wheat stitch cup cozy and I loved how easy it worked up. I’ve previously used it for amigurumi only. I’m wondering how it holds up after a few washes as a blanket. The label says you can machine wash, but to dry flat. However, does it stay soft and looking nice after being washed several times? Thank you so much.

Has anyone attended a kids birthday party here yet? Did you like it? Love it? I’m really interested in hosting one here but have no idea what to expect as far as logistics of food/cake. I know I have access to the beach area while the party is going on but I’m also thinking about setting up across the lake on the state park side so that maybe the parents can hang out longer. So I’m just looking for any insight in hosting there. FYI, the party is for a 7yo birthday. Kids ages will be 7-10. Thank you!
