Can someone tell me how this could possibly happen? The park now has hundreds of homeless people living in the park and they wanna spend 60 million on a new building for the city to take care of? How can we maintain the park as is? Perfect for fishing and biking, walking. This project is gonna take away of the feel with a giant office building. Any thoughts?
So I found out we have a new public works director,that was on the met council an has a history in the medical device field. Why on gods green earth would she be in charge of all the construction/maintenance of our streets? How about we find or hire someone that maybe has experience? Head hunt someone who has worked in the industry and or has some type of logistical/management background? I can’t for the life of me figure out how this position is not taken way more seriously. We the people need to start to set expectations of road maintenance. What we pay in property taxes has become outrageous and the level of service has declined dramatically. How can we at least have a conversation to be better?
