Does anyone else get OCD flareups around this time of year, even though otherwise your mental health has been stable? I don’t know what it is, but literally every single year in late July - early August I get a horrible resurgence of this stupid illness - especially “existential OCD.”

Just want to know if I’m alone or this is some sort of phenomenon!

Not sure who this woman is, but she popped up on my feed. The comment section of this video is full of the typical “have sex even when you’re not in the mood” nonsense
