1983 Gold $200 Koala Coin

I have a 1983 $200 coin. I have been offered $1500 for it, but have seen them sell for over $2k. How does one go about getting top dollar?

The case does have a crack, but I believe these open easily to change them. AFAIK it has never been out of the case.

Who else is sick of Americans complaining about $4/gallon fuel?

$4/gallon works out to about $1/litre.While here it's around DOUBLE what they're paying because of their fucking dumb fuck of a president. Aussies would kill to be paying $1/litre for petrol. Sick of their moaning.

Had a B&P Inspection on a c1980s house that found a couple of "minor" defects:

  1. Moisture behind shower wall in bathroom.

  2. A small leak in the roof- inspector concluded that all roof screws should be replaced with the rubber capped ones. Any ideas what this would cost?

These don't sound minor to me. I was going to renovate the bathroom anyway but down the track, not immediately. I will have NO money left for renovating when I settle.

Are these defects enough to renegotiate price slightly, or do I just suck it up?
