The person I was debating with deleted all their comments, but i wasn't done talking, so I'll leave this here for yall to ponder. 😮‍💨🙄

Wow..you really believe Wednesday is a detective because she "seeks" to protect others and find justice???

What show have you been watching??

Weems quite literally said that Wednesday doesn't have an altruistic bone in her body.

The only reason she's been solving mysteries is because she a curious person who likes to find things out and loves being right, she loves the control of being right as Weems also pointed out that she loves to control things.

Plus Wednesday is NOT a saint, nor is she above killing people, in the very first scene she put Pirahna in the swimming pools and was sad she didn't get the job done, she was actually upset that it was only an "Attempted" murder charge.

Also, one could argue the only thing keeping her from actively killing people besides the fact this is a teen show, is the fact Wednesday doesn't want to go to prison. (Not that she couldn't escape their too) just like how she hinted she could escape willowhill if Kinbott had admitted her.

Also, back in Season 1 she only wanted to stay at Nevermore to find out why the hyde had saved her initially, she never mentioned wanting to save people from getting killed by the hyde as a motive, she only wanted the killings to stop later in the season especially after Eugene in particular got attacked.

Also if Wednesday cared so much about saving people, why didn't she warn that farmer who she bumped into in episode 1 that he was about to get his neck broke?

Why because he called her a weirdo?

That's not a valid reason not to try and save someone in my opinion.

Wednesday only saves the people she WANTS to save, that doesn't make her a hero.

A hero saves everyone or at least tries too.

Just thinking more about this scenario..

I think I've said this theory of mine before but I was just thinking about it again because I think it could be interesting, what if we get to the "Wednesday Must Die" arc and Tyler finds out that it's some sort of prophecy and of course he freaks out and questions Wednesday about it, but she kind of just dismisses it and tells them they got to stay focused on the thing at hand, but like the plan she's coming up with is dangerous and he doesn't agree with it.

So we get like a parallel scene of S1 where Tyler betrays her and locks her somewhere maybe a closet or whatever and she's just shocked that from her perspective he betrayed her again, but he tells her that he's lost everyone he's ever cared about so far and he absolutely won't lose her too. 💔 So he goes off with the rest of the nightshades and everyone else who might be apart of the group to stop whatever situation is going on, while keeping Wednesday safe..

But little does he know Wednesday is slowly being possessed by Goody and she eventually escapes and this how we get Goody's reappearance but in Wednesday's body.

Wednesday grad outfit?

Was messing around on that fashion editing site that kind of took over from polyvore and came up with this outfit for Wednesday's potential graduation look in the future...

What does this billboard mean for Wednesday in S3? 🤔

https://preview.redd.it/wq8j8mlvzrjh1.jpg?width=1065&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=19892fce0a54ac78a487dcc8956e00d3ace80ac6

So I've heard that Wednesday s3 is like a spiders web where everything is intertwined and connecting to each other in some way.. But what do you think this billboard means for Wednesday in particular?

Who's competing and for what?

Is it for Wednesday's attention?

And what's the ONE that will haunt her?

If it's Tyler related (Which I assume it is)

What's going to happen with Tyler in S3 that's gonna haunt her? (Soulmate bond? Fake death?)

Tyler's Character Development Pt. 2 ❤️‍🩹

https://reddit.com/link/1vo10vr/video/9g7f03vjqajh1/player

This has already been pointed out by others and I've talked about this before as well, but it's still one of my favorite little tidbits that shows Tyler's growth and gives us a bit more insight into who Tyler really is deep down.

Because in the scene where everyone mocks him and taunts him, instead of immediately shifting into Hyde and attacking them, he instead warns them by telling them to stop, he didn't want to turn into hyde, now while you could possibly chalk this up to him also not wanting to turn because he maybe thinks if he shifts again he might accelerate himself dying, that is a possibility as well.

But I also think it's because he genuinely didn't want to hurt anymore people.

Because when you really think about it, the only two people that hyde voluntarily k*lled after escaping Willowhill were Thornhill and that assassin that Judi had sent after him.

Everyone else he swatted away using his claws, for example Wednesday (out the window) and the police surrounding Willowhill after he jumped out the window, he swatted them away as well so it seems he wasn't trying to k*ll them.

So that only heightens the theory that Tyler was never after Enid or any of Wednesday's friends, he just wanted to see Wednesday without getting anyone else k*lled by his hyde side.

I can only imagine how much strength that took on his part considering he was actively going insane without a master, so him willing his hyde side not to k*ll anyone showed a lot of strength on Tyler's part.

Wednesday and company are seniors at Nevermore in Season 3!? (Will the age rating go up by season 4??)

https://preview.redd.it/057py303crih1.png?width=520&format=png&auto=webp&s=764ad7ced0f07ff881132ef7d2ef516396b31487

It seems that Wednesday and company are seniors at Nevermore in Season 3 according to a new Jenna Ortega interview and honestly I really like it.

That means we're going to get a lot more mature themes, and a lot more angsty scenes (as we expected) with Wednesday dealing with her family drama as well as grappling her emotions.

Now with Weyler in particular this is really great news, because now we're bound to get some angsty scenes and hopefully well thought out conversations between the two of them.

Also if we do get a season 4, They probably would've graduated Nevermore by then or maybe headed towards graduation and hopefully the show can maybe shift the age rate up a bit so we can get more intimate/emotional scenes between characters (ahem Weyler) as well as more action and a bit more horror than how it is right now.

Tyler's character progression ❤️‍🩹

Just thought I'd shoutout one of my favorite Tyler moments that is pretty underrated but seriously important to Tyler's character arc.

The scene I'm talking about is when Capri approaches him and says she has a place he can go and that she's not interested in being his mother or master and Tyler actually replies.

"What's in it for you?"

To me, that was such an important moment for Tyler's character because it shows he's learning from past mistakes and finally questioning an older adult who wants to come into his life and "help" him. He's finally asking the questions he should've been asking all along, and I'm so glad we got that particular line from him.

You can tell he's really learning in real time that not every adult that comes your way has your best interest at heart, it's something he should've learned at a young age, but you can really tell how desperate he was to form any kind of connection due to Donovan being pretty neglectful as a father, but I'm so glad he was shown on screen making this progress.

Was it just me?

Or did anyone else have to pause the episode before Wednesday and Tyler reunited at Willowhill because when I tell you I had to get myself together. Bruh the intensity of it all and the sheer anticipation of how long it took us to get them back together on screen.

I needed a second.

And I just know it's going to be the same when they reunite again in Season 3, I might have to go get my inhaler or some chamomile tea because my nerves is going to be jumpin!!!

I'll never forget my reaction when I saw Tyler's family...

https://preview.redd.it/mc7y460w4aih1.png?width=752&format=png&auto=webp&s=485629aebb0838dffbe9ed53b191c01e549fefe3

Bruh when I tell you I was in a state of complete shock (much like Tyler) at how twisted his family ended up being.

Nothing could've prepared me for it, it truly was a shock factor because like others have said before, Tyler's family somehow ended up being even crazier than Wednesday's. 😭
