Are we going to be a Rivals exclusive sub or is it ok to post Tokon too?
We are all very hyped and happy that Blade joins the base roster of Marvel Tokon wich open Beta will come out next month.
But my question is going to be. Since this sub is Rivals zentral are we going to allow Tokon content too? Make a new flair for Tokon or join a seperate sub specifically for Tokon.

Tomorrow…..
Tomorrow we will find out if hes getting any changes again. I'm actually quite nervous if its an actual rework and we have to relearn Blade again. Or a little statt buff that brings us up another tier for the next two weeks and than going down to C tier again.
What I certainly hope for him:
A gun rework. Decrease the pallets and buff the damage or make it into a regular gun. His gun has the worst gimik in the game and it no regs all the time.
What I would favor:
Him becoming a TeamUp-Anchor. Every newest dps release (Except Elsa) gets to be a TeamUp Anchor and it constantly damage buffs them. Giving 5% damage bonus for Blade would actually do wonders for him. More damage -> more live steal -> more Ult charge -> more damage on Ult.
What I would welcome:
A new ability that gives Blade more combo potential.
Or as we all discussed the bleed condition that the Dinosour got. I would even trait the reduced healing off for bleed actually.
What I wouldn't like:
Making him a Tank. Even though Im a tank main at heart. Blade has been my first Dps main ever. I never even tried dps in Overwatch I only played support and Tank.
Yes Blade with like 500 hp would make him pretty decent with his current kit but I don‘t think the devs should use the nuclear option for him.
Also no compensation nerfs. Starlord got straight buffs this season Blade should too.
Flats actually put Blade on F Tier and EnteiXBlaze made content around him the last couple of weeks. Also KpxChris is about to drop him too. So hopefully the devs listened and have something for us tomorrow

Its no secret that Blade still has no place in the meta and even after all these buffs he still didn‘t found a place.
(Wich is wierd but ok)
Hes at MOST a low elo terrorist and it shows is rivals statts. Many content creators also want Blade to have a place in the game and I really appreciate the love they have for him.
But the question is. How exactly isnt Blade a part of the meta.
And please lets not blame the dev team! Or the players. There is something fundamentally missing and its not „the devs just hate Blade“
This is just an appreciation post for the overall community.
