Did I screw up install?

First time EV owner (take it easy). Purchased an Emporia Pro level 2 charger. They are back ordered on the hard wired so I bought the plug in unit and told my electrician to cut off the plug and hard wire it directly to the panel. This would hopefully get me the 48 amp charging instead of 40.

We just finished and what we found when we cut the plug off was a hand full of small wires inside the insulation in addition to the primary 3 wires. We went ahead and tied in the three main wires to a 60 amp breaker. I plugged in the car for 10 minutes to make sure it worked (it did) and when I unplugged it, I the cable was noticeably warm.

Now I'm worried this charger was only designed to handle a 40 amp load and not sure what the little wires were for. I forgot to take a photo but any feedback appreciated. Not sure if I should use this set up or if we should try again.

Looking for Sources for Old Business Software - Yardi

Hoping to get some guidance on finding a copy of Disk 5 or all 6 disks for Yardi Professional Property Management, 1996 vintage. Release 32 if it matters. Any suggestions on where to look appreciated. We've been watching Ebay for a few weeks with no luck.

Indoor vs outdoor sauna?

We have a spot under a covered patio where we'd like to install a sauna but not sure if we can just use an indoor rated unit or if we need something designed to be outside. Not sure what the difference is besides the finishes. I'd probably put some clear lacquer on the exterior siding. Location is western Washington so plenty wet. Any advice appreciated.
