So my small church has an X32 Compact and a Mac Mini for Proclaim. I'm wanting to start using backing tracks. We don't have the money to buy tracks, so I'm creating them. Going to be using WorshipSong Band app. Anyone have any experience running this setup?

It's a project that I'm envisioning taking about 6 months to complete as I will be building a full library before presenting it to the church. Hoping this is something someone else has done and I can find someone who thinks this is a worthwhile thing and I'm not crazy!

I checked my Spotify for Artists last night and found my album has been removed. I have no idea why. I checked my routenote, and I see the album has been disapproved. It's been up for 3 months, no problems with it. And now it's gone. Months of work, removed with no reason given. So sad right now.

I have had a bit of an existential crisis. Realized I have done nothing but release sad, depressing songs that aren't even about me, but just kinda fit with my mood. The more I've been working on them, the deeper into depression I have become.

So I have scrapped the next album I was working on because I was fed up with feeling like this. I'm trying to work on more upbeat tracks. Not always easy, but I'm trying.

Hoping this gets me out of my funk. Anyone else felt like this?

That is actually the question. So I thought I was going to take a break from writing for the rest of the year. I have so many projects going on right now, I thought I would take a break. But I keep getting snippets of ideas. I hear songs in my head. Am I doing myself wrong by not writing?

I seem to spend my entire time doing the actual recording, but getting the actual mix/master finished seems to be taking an actual age. Does anyone else struggle with this? Or is it just me?
