Activity assistant interview questions?

I didn't know where else to post this but I think there are some Activities people lurking on here. I got my CNA certification not too long ago and quickly found out it isn't for me. I have an interview for an activity assistant position tomorrow and I was wondering what kinda questions they would ask?

Forgot to give showers.

So my facility has these big whiteboards in the shower room where they write out all the check and changes, showers, people with catheters, BMS, and reminders. It was my second day off training I work 2-10 (it really felt like my first because I had a 6pm-10pm person with me the first day.) So I went in and I was essentially alone on the heaviest hall in the facility for about 2 1/2-3hrs. I did what I could (which didn't feel like much) so we were basically scrambling when I got help all the names on the shower list were crossed out so I was like "At least they got all the showers done on first shift".......WRONG when I went to chart late that night after pretty much every resident is in bed that they had only written down the showers for day shift on the white board. The night shift aide went with me to talk to the one of the showers who was still awake and she refused bc it was so late. So she told me just to document that the showers were delayed due to low staffing and ultimately refused because of the late hour. I just feel kind of dumb cuz that's a decently big thing to forget and now I will never trust a white board again.

How long did it take for you to feel like you didn't suck?

I've only been training for 4 days so I know I'm being too hard on myself. Yesterday I was doing great but today I had to flip flop between halls due to call offs and I felt like I couldn't find my footing on either. I just felt slow and like I was following my trainer like a puppy. It's frustrating because I want to just be good already lol. How long do you think it took for you to feel like you didn't absolutely suck.

I was told she's mixed with Maine Coon. (I'm not sure I believe it.)

She is massive though. Second photo for reference.

So Monday is my first day ever working as a CNA and I'm starting to get nervous. I've never really had a job before that was... important I've pretty much just worked shitty retail my whole life. I want to do a good job but I'm worried that I'm gonna suck. That I'm gonna unintentionally neglect half my residents because I'm slow as hell or miss something and everyone's gonna hate me and fall and die. I know that's dramatic and......probably not gonna happen but still. My main concern is being able to get check and changes done in a timely manner and charting accurately on top of all the other stuff I have to do. Luckily I'm getting 6 days of training because I'm a new aide (1 day on 2 of their lighter halls and 2 days on the skilled nursing and heaviest long term halls) they usually only do one training shift per hall. Also I'm working 2-10 so when I'm off training I won't be..at least scheduled to be alone on a hall for most if not all of my shifts. (I'm not 100% sure how it works yet). So yeah..

My stores pickup department has burned through eight leads in less than a year. Five of which either quit or stepped down entirely due to our pickup supervisor (the others were fired or were temporary/backups). We're a medium to low volume store with decently low turnover rate at least at the associate level so this seems like a lot. I was just wondering if y'all think this is crazy high or if it's just rookie numbers compared to what you see at your stores.
