Hello,

Since Spain's economy is enjoying cheap energy, great infrastructure, investments, high quality immigrants, I am wondering how it would compare against Italy's robust and big economy. Italy relative to Spain feels like it has more problems.

Spain:
-Energy wise Spain is much more advanced

-Infrastructure in Spain is on France's level, Italy is behind.

-Spain's GDP growth is way more promising.

-Public investments in Spain are higher

-Spain enjoys immigrants who are culturally close.

Italy:

-Has a higher GDP per capita

-Is a member of the G7

-Has a more robust industry

Based on what we’ve seen last years regarding what is important: AI, (independent) resources, (bio)technology, military etc.

Out of all this, which EU country will be the most powerful? Germany doesn’t seem to be that promising, considering its economy size is not growing and its vital sectors are taken over by countries like China, also Germany’s energy sector is also quite weak.

Out of France and the UK, which one will be most promising.

Come with arguments.

Despite almost the same population and not a grand difference between economy size, France seems to have more power on the diplomatic side and military side.

EDIT:
We know what France has better than Italy, such as a permanent seat in the security council, nukes etc.

But why? Italy has had a huge economic boom in the late 1900s, so that’s why.

Ik ben binnenkort klaar met studeren. Het was een mooie tijd. Ik heb nu de volgende diploma’s:
-bachelor Franse taal en cultuur (met een C2 certificaat)
-bachelor Russische taal en cultuur (met een C1 certificaat)

Daarnaast heb ik:
-Een C1 certificaat in het Italiaans
-Een C1 certificaat in het Engels
-Een C1 certificaat in het Spaans

Voor alle duidelijk; een C1 is academisch niveau. Ik ben in staat om in vijf vreemde talen te werken.

Ja, ik spreek zes talen vloeiend. Maar ik weet niet goed wat ik moet doen én hoe ik de talen nuttig kan gebruiken. Hebben jullie tips? Ik hoor het graag!
