Is this considered a good alternative to ramen? 70 cals for Vitasia Thai style Veggie flavor.

Found this at my local Lidl. 70 cals for a pack of Ramen seemed expectionally better than other Ramen brands and taste just like regular Ramen.

2 years worth of weight training and eating whole foods. (250- 157)

Almost at my goal of 150lbs and im soo proud of myself. For anyone that needs help i would love to tell you what I did!

Calories tracking

It is an easy concept but a lot of people can't keep up with it but for me it was imperative that I track at least 90% of calories i eat.

Calories deficit

I am 5'3 and my deficit was anywhere fron 1200 to 1400. I found that giving myself a range was way easier to keep up with then just a line I can't draw.

Fasting

4 to 5 days out of the week I fasted anywhere from 16 to 18 hours

Weight training

4 to 5 times a week I weight trained for about 30 min to 1 hour, splitting my days between core, glutes, arms, and back. I try to go up in weights every 2 weeks to a month also while upping my sets as well.

Cardio

The main Cardio i do is Stairmaster and treadmill. And just recently I've gotten into running but I do 30 min or either stairmaster or treadmill.

Stairmaster will be at a level anywhere from 6 to 9.

Treadmill will be at the highest incline with a speed of 1.5 to 2.5

Water

Im still struggling with my intake of water but I try to get at least close to 100fl but most days im okay with half that

Protein and Fiber.

Protein I can easily get 130 a day and Fiber will be around 25 to 35.

Hope this helps anyone in need!!!@

I feel like im writing a Hunger Games dupe?

I posted about this exact story almost a year ago. For those who don't know, it is a dystopian fantasy book centered around a girl, Sarah, who is Infected and her (along with people like her) are cut off and shunned from the rest of society. The Pures, I call them.

Their whole lives are centered around receiving the cure that will allow them to become a part of the Pures but in order to get the cure they must be chosen and go through The Trials.

Win and be cured.

Lose? Well now one knows what happens if you lose.

Now the more I write this story the more it starting to feel like a Hunger Games dupe. Now I've read one the trilogy back in middle school when they first came out but I havent really thought about it or read the other prequels but I feel like if I try to publish it people would say I was flat out copying The Hunger Games and I don't want that.

Tracking macros are considered an eating disorder?

I've been on a weight loss journey for about 2 years and I've lost almost 70lbs and I plan to lose about 15 more to put me at 150.

During these 2 years I've made it a habit to track all my meals to make sure im within my calories limits.

Of course my sister knows this as we live together and she stated today that what I was doing is considered an obsessive compulsive eating disorder because she said no normal person should be tracking their calories as intently as I am. I have a goal i wanna reach so you do things to reach your goal. But she says that in combination with me watching commentary on weight loss/ weight gain, my 600lb life and a couple other things it screams eating disorder.

Now I still go out to restaurants etc and there are days where I dont track my calories at all.

Now I do understand where she is coming from. There are times when I eat something and I don't track it and I can hear my mind saying "you didnt track it! you didnt track it!" Those times I tend to just put my scale away for a few days and stop worrying about it which seems to help cause I dont have those thoughts often.

But it feels kinda bitter coming from her because from the start of my weight loss journey she didnt even want me to lose weight. Saying I was going to gain it all back anyways so there was no point and saying I will never obtain the body I wanted. And now that im writing this I feel like that's when I kinda went hard-core with the diet because in the beginning she was no supportive at all so I felt like I needed to prove her wrong. To overcompensate.
