Hi there! 🤗 My amazing roommate is unfortunately moving for work but I’m not ready to leave the amazing apt we found! Need to renew by July 30th for **Sept 1st move-**in (can be flexible after discussing with my roommate).

* Rent stabilized, 0% renewal for Sep 2027
* Centrally located between 3 stations, Court Sq, Queensboro Plaza, and Queens Plaza (EFG7NWR lines within 3-10 minute walk). <15 minutes to Midtown
* Close to Trader Joe’s, Target, and Gantry Park
* Full-service luxury building with gym, rooftop, pool, sauna, coworking space, bowling alley, fitness classes, and resident events included in the amenities fee
* Fully furnished with the essentials (dining table, couch, trash can, shoe rack, etc.) and open to more items/decor!
Your cost
* $2,155.99 rent + $75 amenity fee (I pay $100 more in rent for my share, negotiable)
* Utilities are $60-$90/mo for electricity and $30/mo for WiFi
* The unit is $4,411.97/mo + $150/mo amenity fee per apt
* Must make 45x your rent or guarantors
Your room
* The room is a legal flex bedroom (~150 sqft). Because of the high ceilings, there is an open gap above the flex wall
* My current roommate and I have not had any issues with noise/privacy, but I’m open to discussing additional solutions if desired
* Comes unfurnished with your own AC unit and a closet next to the W/D

* Clean, tidy, and easygoing according to my roommate 😊
* Would love to be friends and occasionally host small gatherings, but also comfortable with peaceful coexistence
