What's this red light off the coast of Peterhead?

I was at Torry Battery to shoot the aurora (a damp squib of a display btw) last night and saw this mystery light offshore what I suppose would be Peterhead. It was barely visible to my naked eye but shows up clearly on long exposure.

I've come here for astrophotography a couple times before and have never seen anything in that direction before. The colour almost looked like intense flaring, but I didn't think there's any platforms close enough to be seen? A fishing vessel using red lights to attract fish?

Is the tern on the right a Roseate tern?

The one on the left is a Common tern (with a BTO ring), but I'm not sure about the one on the right. It doesn't have the long tail streamers, its bill is a bit too dark, and its size doesn't doesn't fit what I know for an Arctic tern.

I shot this about 2 weeks ago in Aberdeen.

Aberdeen/shire is seriously underrated when it comes to our access to wildlife and nature

Like what do you mean I can walk from my city centre flat to go see dolphins, and it's an hour away on the bus to find puffins. I feel like we don't appreciate or promote this as much as we should.

I wonder if they knew about razorbills when they designed Boba Fett's costume

I love these guys so much I hate that they're constantly overshadowed by puffins.
