I feel like I am getting close to FIRE but am also so unsure given all the predictions of a major market correction (or worse).

My rough stats are 51m, $1.6m 401k, $600k stocks/funds. Own house with $429k left at 2.75%.

I could live off $100k per year so I am right there I think. But too scared to pull the trigger and quit if the market goes south.
