Who is gonna start the vuvuzelas outside the Belgium hotel. A humble request from Florida. Organize for the USMNT.

What do you think are the most important tournaments?

If you had to rank all of the tournaments that the Sounders play in or attempt to qualify for on a regular basis in terms of their prestige/importance, how would you rank them? This includes the MLS playoffs itself.

Spotted: Andrew Thomas

So cool to see Andrew Thomas out enjoying the Seattle Soccer Celebration barge this evening with us everyday folk! He was very gracious and signed autographs / smiled for pictures when asked.

Sounders til we die! 💚

USMNT head coach Mauricio Pochettino throws out first pitch at Blue Jays-Mariners

Cristian Roldan was the last USMNT player to walk out with the trident. He even gave a speech to the crowd.

Status of CR7/CR15

He hasn’t been in the 18, and I haven’t seen anything official in a while. Obviously his chances of playing are slim to none, has anybody heard or seen any status updates? Is he alright? Didn’t sound like this injury was too serious, but he hasn’t returned.

Where to watch USMNT v Belgium close to the march?

We got to Occidental Square at halftime for the Belgium v Senegal game and got great position at the front for the USMNT game. Monday we want to march to the match, but that would leave us downtown with only an hour to figure out where to watch. Occidental and Victory Hall will likely be too packed to be able to see a screen. Any recommendations on where we can get to quick from Lumen in order to watch?

Hey yall I’m trying to spread this weird idea of doing a stripe out for the round of 16 game

Mods can remove if it’s not allowed but I’m trying to get this in front of as many people as possible

[Oshan] Alex Roldan still dealing with a hip issue but didn’t sound serious. Schmetzer said today was a scheduled off day for Pedro de La Vega but doesn’t expect him to be available for Timbers game.

Sounders training is back in session so we can start getting reports again about our favorite players.

Pickup Soccer on Sunday

In town for the USMNT game on Monday. Flying in early Sunday morning to spend time in the city. Would love to get some pickup in on Sunday, but haven’t had much luck finding anything through web searches or other forums. I play GK and will have a buddy that plays mid/wing. We both play in competitive leagues, indoor and outdoor, and Iike to have post game beers.

I know this isn’t Sounders related (Go Rapids), but hoping this community has some good insight!

Forget Lewandowski - we don't even buy affordable players anymore

Watching the World Cup and seeing players shine, checking their Transfermarkt page and seeing they were available at very reasonable valuations the past few years.

Is Sounders Transfer Director the easiest job on the planet? Show up every day and do the crossword?

Is there an unofficial Euro team Sounders fans follow? World Cup has convinced me I need a Euro team to root for! Google says Sounders have shared community outreach ties with Tottenham Hotspur and has historic links to West Ham United. These seem like good options?

After watching a lot of these World cup matches i'm thinking I need to start watching some Euro soccer. I need a team to root for though, so i'm curious who others here follow.

EDIT: So far it seems like Tottenham and Arsenal both elicit some very strong feelings for and against! Arsenal I understand, I had a coworker that was a complete ass when it came to his Arsenal fandom. They are so not on my list.

EDIT: So far Liverpool and Dortmund jump out at me. AC Milan due to Pulisic. Man City due to Haaland. And Athletico Madrid for Vargas, even though he chose the Mexican national team over the US. Also, sounds like I need to just start watching games and see who jumps out at me.

Ran into him in the line. Such a good guy. Be well, Kelyn!
