It’s been known for the longest time that the EQA, EQE models run on very old EV backbone. Even with news that they are phasing out these models, C&C is still pushing these at a steep price and I see newly registered ones on the road.

What’s going on in the mind of these people? Just wanted it for the badge?

The kopitiam near my house had seen 2 stalls closed without notice about 2 months ago. One of them is a chicken rice stall which always has a steady steam of customers. Just this evening I noticed another 2 stalls had abruptly closed as well, and it seems like another one will go next month.

Feel like F&B is even tougher than before, and landlord still increasing rent. How’s things on your side? Do share!
