7 cycles TTC after ectopic + one tube… conceived first try before. Losing hope

11/12 DPO today after losing my right tube to an ectopic last year. My left tube looked normal on laparoscopy and had spill on HSG, but I’m still terrified something is wrong because this is now my 7th TTC cycle.

We conceived the very first month we tried the first time, so it’s emotionally hard not understanding why it’s taking longer now.

I ovulate every month, cycles are regular, temps stayed elevated until now, but my tests are negative so far. My husband’s SA was borderline (1% morphology but good motility).

Did anyone with one tube and similar stats eventually conceive naturally? How long did it take you? 🥺

Does this Oura chart look promising at 11 DPO?

Did anyone get a positive after having almost no symptoms at 10-11 DPO? My temps are still elevated but I don’t feel my usual PMS.

Hi everyone, I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and at the time my TSH was around 3 with normal T3/T4 (subclinical hypothyroidism). I’ve been reading that even mildly elevated TSH may affect implantation or embryo transport in the tube.

My cycles are regular, I ovulate normally, and we conceived very quickly before the ectopic, so I’m wondering if thyroid levels may have played a role.

Has anyone had a similar experience or improved their TSH and later had a healthy pregnancy? 🤍

Hi everyone,

We’ve been trying for about 6 months.

My partner is 30 and has one fallopian tube (previous ectopic pregnancy in March 2025). We conceived very quickly the first time, but now it’s taking longer which is stressing us out.

Recent semen analysis:
- Total sperm: 22 million
- Motility: 57%
- Morphology: 1%

Abstinence was about 2.5 days.

I’m confused because we got pregnant immediately before, and now these results look worse.

Has anyone had similar numbers and still conceived naturally?
Should we keep trying or start considering IUI/IVF?

Any advice or experiences would really help.

Thank you!
