Yeast infections after having sex w/o condom. Any solutions?

I made a post about this on a different account in another sub a while ago talking about my partner’s “irritation after sex,” which we’ve now found out to be yeast infections. They get them pretty consistently a day or two after I ejaculate inside.

We’re both monogamous and they’re on the pill, so the risk for pregnancy/stds is low (and yes, they tested for std’s the first time they noticed). If possible, I’d like to have unprotected sex from time to time, but I really don’t like pulling out, and if that’s the only solution I’d prefer to just wear a condom.

It’s obviously not the end of the world, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this/knows of a way to make it work without causing yeast infections?

58.6 The active player declares which of their ships are moving before any ships move. Those ships arrive in the active system simultaneously.

41.2 For each ship that would move out of or through a gravity rift, one die is rolled immediately before it exits the gravity rift system; on a result of 1–3, that ship is removed from the board.

Transport: When a ship moves, it may transport any combination of fighters and ground forces, but the number of units it transports cannot exceed that ship’s capacity value.

95.1 The ship can pick up and transport fighters and ground forces when it moves. During a tactical action, it can pick up and transport units from the active system, the system it started its movement in, and each system it moves through.

Do I declare which units a ship will pick up to transport as I pass over them or before all movement begins. For example, if I wish to pick up an infantry from system B, but my carrier is removed upon leaving system A (contains a gravity rift) can I say that a second carrier which was not removed will pick it up instead provided that I had declared that carrier to be moving? What if that carrier originally intended to take a full load of fighters out of system A? Am I allowed to move the first carrier, see its roll result, then decide the second carrier will take one less fighter to leave room for the infantry later?
