How to transfer campuses like if you want to come from ksk to main campus? And also what about programs ? How to transfer programs after a year if you didn't make into desired one this year?

I want to work while studying in university I am interested in AI so I wanna do Bs AI now I'm confused that which university would work better with me working while studying too FAST or COMSATS? What university should I join for bs AI keeping in mind that I wanna work too.
