Better rich than smart? Would you trade IQ points for money?

I often read in this subreddit people who are sad because they don't have an IQ of 2 SD. Many Mensans, me included, tell them or think they shouldn't worry, an extremely high IQ is not that great. When I read those postings I also think I feel in a similar way, but not regarding giftedness, rather wealth. Like when very wealthy people say money isn't so important. I wonder if I'm feeling exactly the same way as all those posters who are feeling sad because they cannot join Mensa.

To all those here who are or were a Mensa member, or to all those with a proven IQ>130 (no internet experiments): would you exchange iq points for money? Wealth against giftedness? Let's say an amount of X for every iq point you'd be ready to give in exchange?

Of course my question is not addressed to all those who are already gifted AND filthy rich.

I know it's an extremely hypothetical question, but I've been thinking a lot about it since I've been reading so many posts from people who wish they could join Mensa. Too often I thought: better rich than super intelligent.

What is more dangerous: evil + gifted, or evil + low IQ?

In your opinion, who is more dangerous: evil + gifted or evil + low IQ? Who can do more harm?

Who could be more dangerous for humanity and for human interactions in general: an evil individual with an extremely high IQ (at least 130), or an evil person with 2 SD in the other direction—i.e., with an IQ of 85? (I don't offer the possibility of much lower than 85, because in that case, it's even difficult to plan evil things.)

Link in my bio has been hacked

The link in my profile with the title "freelancer" is being redirected to some scammy solana crypto website.

Even worse: if I type that URL (which is the English homepage of my website) in a browser, that URL also redirects to that same scammy website.

Melatonine was helping... until it didn't any more

I was having good results taking every evening a small amount of powder of vegetal melatonine. I could fall asleep relatively fast ( = less than 2-3 hours) and in the morning I was feeling like new.

Now it's between 2 and 3 a.m. after I had fallen sleep, then woke up again and here I am now. So I basically just took an evening nap and shortly after midnight I was awake again.

The previous days I was very tired and sleepy during the day. So it seems if I sleep all night long, I'll be sleepy and exhausted the day after. And if I take a smaller quantity, I can fall asleep, but the sleep doesn't last long.

Swimming during the day like one hour doesn't help to fall asleep. I can feel physically tired, but my mind doesn't switch off.

What quantity of oats per day helps lower LDL levels?

Is there a mimimum quantity of oats to have any real impact on (bad and good) cholesterol?

I'm having every day 40 gr (about 1.4 oz) of rolled whole grain oats with berries (usually strawberries and blueberries), 10 gr (about 0.35 oz) of chia, and almond milk as overnight oats for breakfast. Is it going to have an impact on my LDL levels, which were 136 in June last year, or is it not going to have any impact? But I only began to eat properly by mid April this year. I'm afraid of having blood results that don't suit my expectations.

If 40 gr (1.4 oz) is not enough, I wouldn't mind taking a second bowl with 40 gr (1.4 oz) in the evening as well.

I've also read somewhere that chia wouldn't have any positive impact on cholesterol levels.

Say hello to my breakfast

Overnight oats with 40 gr wholegrain oats, 10 gr chia, strawberries and blueberries in almond milk. I recently replaced the semi skimmed milk by almond milk, but I've been having this breakfast consistently since mid-March, the time when I decided to radically change my diet to reduce my 146 LDL cholesterol.

The best thing about it: it's quite tasty, so eating it doesn't imply an effort.

Back were the days I had one of those unealthy Nestlé capuccino instant coffe mixtures. Now I'm taking semi skimmed milk with cacao powder (20 gr carbs from which 1 gr sugar/100gr product 7,6 staurated fats/100gr, 30gr fiber/100 gr, 24 gr protein/100 gr and some added matcha powder).
