Plain creatine vs mixed creatine?

Has anyone here tried creatine mixed with electrolytes or other add-ins?

I’m thinking about trying creatine but I’m not sure whether to get plain creatine or one of the flavored mixed versions.

Did you notice any bloating, stomach issues, or other side effects? And do you prefer taking creatine on its own or as a mixed drink?

Just curious what worked best for you.

Creatine mixes — worth it or just marketing?

Has anyone here tried those creatine sachets/mixes with electrolytes, probiotics, vitamins, etc.?

I’m curious if they actually feel better than plain creatine or if it’s mostly convenience/marketing.

Did you notice any side effects like bloating, stomach discomfort, headaches, or water retention?

Would you rather take creatine separately so you can control the dose, or do you prefer the easy all-in-one mixes?

Love to hear all your thoughts!

What's your opinion on creatine as a mom who does Pilates?

I've always associated creatine with bodybuilders and gym-goers, but lately I've seen more women talking about it for strength, recovery, and overall fitness.

For mums who do Pilates:

  • Have you tried creatine?
  • If yes, what was your experience?
  • If no, what's holding you back?
  • When you hear "creatine," what's the first thing that comes to mind?

Genuinely curious how people see it these days.
