I got an email that my physical will be sometime in October. However, Ik MTAPD is more strict than NYPD. My license is suspended cause of one speeding ticket I received in 2021. I was going 39 in a 25 and it was a junior/probationary license issued to me when I was 17, and the is the only moving violation I received. Does this kill my chances for the MTAPD? Are they really that strict?
Currently 21 wanted to go into law enforcement but stuff didn’t work out and now I’m back at square one trying to figure out what I wanna do. I have a year left in college I’m studying computer science but I don’t really have any sort of interest in that and the job market for it is horrendous. I wanna do construction or something with my hands(idk if that makes sense), but idk where to start or what I should dive into especially in the NYC area. Any advice would help! If anyone has their own company and is willing to teach me in NYC area please let me know im currently jobless as well unfortunately.
Got into a minor accident yesterday no injuries no cops were called other person was at fault and admitted it and wanted to pay me out of pocket. I agreed cause it wasn’t even that bad of damage. I have proof of everything and called my investigator today and she said to fill out the incident form. I have my psychology tomorrow as well. Should I be concerned about a possible DQ?
It would of eventually came on paper. I was driving a Uber passenger and they want to go after the other driver.
Basically had my phone check at the interview, some videos of dumb stuff came up from a whileeeee ago on my instagram. Like years ago I was basically “larping”. They found and asked and I said it straight up I got the videos from my friend and posted them cause I thought I would look cool. She thought I was lying and as I walked out one of them yelled out “REJECTEDD”, but my investigator said it’s gonna get escalated and told me to continue with everything and wait. Should I just assume I’m gonna get DQ cause she yelled “REJECTED”?
NOTE: Recent years tho I have not posted anything crazy or bad. That was the past and I have matured significantly. I also stopped “larping”.
