Narwal Flow 2 (Complete Trash)
Just bought the Narwal Flow 2. Automatic Water Exchange unit error code: 3000. Contacted support, they want me to turn in the base for a repair. $1500+ on a robot vacuum that won't work out of the box and they drag you through a depot repair process. Are you fucking kidding me? Please avoid this company like the plague. The product and the support behind it don't deserve your money.
