City taxes + surrounding areas

The city of rochester has lower prop taxes than the subs, and we get free trash, and some other things. Wondering how that all works out? How is the city able to charge less but seem to offer more services than the subs? Is it just because the subs are more spread out so everything just costs a bit more? I guess I would have to really look at the costs of all the services to really see the whole picture.

Rugged Poe switch suggestions?

Hey guys, looking for a decent Poe switch to put in a barn, never really messed with rugged ones so not sure which ones are good or which ones to stay away from. This is for a few cameras so a 5 port would be fine. It will be out of the weather but still in a un conditioned space with lots of dust.

Just started on Elysium, what can I tame on this map and how? I see some tuskers that would be cool but they are solo. Also some smaller animals. I haven’t gone far yet in the map I know there are slinkers somewhere but no idea how to tame them either.

Over all we know everything can be hacked, but there is different levels of effort and knowledge needed to be able to do so. Some hacks are near imposable while others are easy. But how do you classify if it's realistic for someone to be able to compromise a system based off theoretical ideas/hacks? Like some devices had known vulns, or easy ways to get in. While others are very secure, and have no known(yet) vulns.

Example. Hacking an IDS system, then forcing it to send traffic back through it's monitoring ports (which have multiple security protocols to prevent that) Through a span port that is supposed to be one way and into a secure network. While yes, that may be possible the amount of effort and knowledge to do so would be insane.

So how would you guys say that the risk for that does not raise to the level of a real concern?
