Yeah, I’m not buying this (pun intended). I don’t think they know that I’ve had the vehicle for only a year and the only way I could “upgrade to the new vehicle of [my] choice for less than [my] current Volkswagen ID.4” is for them to knock about 27K off of the sticker price. I’ll still go and get the Gift Card cuz every little bit helps these days. 🙂

I purchased my 2022 ID.4 AWD Pro in May of 2025 and once I added the vehicle to the App, there were many entries in the “Vehicle Coverages” section including several pre-paid maintenance plans. I just went over 40K miles and wanted to schedule the recommended maintenance using the active pre-paid 40K plan, but now that plan and everything else that was in that section has disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m also going to have the dealer look up the VIN and see what comes up. Kind of odd that this happened right as I was about to use the 40K Plan that had already been paid for…. 🤔
