Been thinking of getting into the new Starcraft game and wanted to see if there's any sort of community excited for it before I go and blow my load on minis. I think its going to be a good game but it's fighting Warhammer for players.
This is when Ben has the opportunity to prove that he is exercising his first amendment rights as an investigational journalist.

BaM MUST prove the allegations made were not false threats to silence and defund a journalist who was just doing a job based on a lead from an individual. So they need to show evidence of 15 different allegations made by BaM.

If BaM loses, this will be a massive blow to their lawsuit that includes the Mancel family members, as it will be existing case law that BaM and associates are willing to lie under oath.

Until then keep being loud, respectful resistance on franchises (no shopping or going to the store), and dont give BaM any fuel from us that we are a dangerous group. Just a really angry one that sees their bullshit and wont put up with it.
