Split rhyzome, trim back for winter, or leave it be another year?

The title really does have all three of my questions.
This is growth from last November. Inside until May then out with the VFTs. After our NC cold snap:
It's very crowded so do I unpot, split the rhyzome and have 2 pots?
Trim away, if so, which ones?
Leave it be and let it do its thing?

New hairy-leafed plant species confirms another of Darwin’s predictions

Saxifraga candelabrum is a newly confirmed carnivorous plant. Its sticky hairs trap small insects, while its flowers attract them with scent.

Need advice: repot now or wait?

These grew way faster than I expected, up abuot 4x since I put them outside in April. Should I repot now or can I wait until winter?

The VFT's will get split and moved in January.

What is 'poison' in the Poisonous Trail 1st map?

#2 is the snake, so venom, and #3 is in the tainted mining cave...... but what about the start of the trail?
