Missing baggage with Saudia
Hi
We flew from Milan -> Jeddah -> Singapore with Saudia and our luggage was lost in the transit. SATS has been the point of contact helping us (not Saudia for some reason) but it has been painful. Every time we call the number, it's a call center that constantly claims they are unable to help us since they are just a call center, even when we have more information. We are unable to contact the actual team in Changi at all.
Has anyone gone through this experience? If we physically go to changi, would we be able to talk to a person? Is it possible to actually contact the team and not just a call center?
