Hi there! It's been a little while since I last posted - sorry about that! We underwent a little move and were very busy catching up on orders after that move.
And now, we're taking a break! For the first time in a few years, the studio will be closed as we take a vacation. During this time, orders will not be processed and will begin their 14 working day turnaround time when we return. Orders made up to the 20th of August are guaranteed to be processed and posted before closing, and we will make every effort to get those made up to the 22nd completed beforehand, but cannot make any guarantees.
The online storefront will remain OPEN during our holiday and for those willing to wait on their order for the extra time, we offer a thank you for your patience in the form of a sale code! From August 25th at midnight to September 18th at 11:59pm, UK time, you can take 22% off your entire order with the code JETSET22 ! This code will apply to all orders valued over £10 to any destination. Our regular free shipping thresholds will still apply on the discounted order value.
During this time, I will be checking e-mails intermittently and will prioritize any urgent customer enquiries, but please bear with me if you are waiting a little longer than usual for a response.
Our regular seasonal rotation will still happen on September 1st, so the Fall Scents will come back into stock and the Summer ones will go out of stock partway through the sale, so please keep that in mind!
FURTHERMORE, we are excited to announce that a new collection of perfumes will be released just prior to the holiday begining. These WILL be available in the sale as well. More details to come in the next few days!
FOR EU27 CUSTOMERS: I know we had closed shipping to the EU temporarily when the new rules came into force. I will be able to reintroduce shipping to many, but not all EU destinations. For these countries, we will be able to offer Tracked Shipping only, but we will be able to collect the VAT, and the new small order duty on your behalf, therefore avoiding the enormous handling that are often incurred in order to clear customs. So the shipping costs and upfront prices paid will be rather higher, but it should save a lot of hassle and unexpected fees. More details on this also to come very shortly.
