us residency program?

Im a first year doing an undergraduate degree of medicine in Vietnam, I’ve always considered usmle as probably the only way for me to do what was truly meant for,
But I’ve been seeing all these guys losing their visas and getting rejected during marching, despite of their high step scores, but it’s all hazy, a little help would be very much appreciated, I don’t want to regret any effort I put in to this.

I’ve finished most of my syllabus, im a partial dropper didn’t have time for phy, at all, im really fkn scared of attempting questions rn idek why, I finished bio a long time ago (infact I covered it twice), chem is also done, phy don’t ask. Wtf do I do. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Also tips for a lil few marks in phy Fles, and do suggest on what I could do to get over this before the exam.
