Anyone else elite account training streak keeps resetting?

3 times this week my streak keeps resetting even though I’m doing a training everyday. I hate to bother vost on it but it’s annoying this keeps happening. Don’t want to risk my chance on the z series.

Is it worth continuing ABA when that’s not what we originally signed up for?

Around 20 months our son had a checkup appointment with his pediatrician and we let him know he was non verbal. Babbled but not really saying anything. He recommended speech therapy and sent out a referral to our local developmental services facility. When we got there it was 3 lady’s; speech therapist, autism evaluator? And one about his developmental is for his age.

Long story short they recommended ABA because speech was backed up and we went along with it in the meantime. Program started at 23 months and he’s now 29 months. Although I do think it helped with some stuff, he’s still not saying any words. His teacher and the supervisor said he is smart because he has strong eye contact, listens when name is called, etc… We just want a speech therapist and we feel like we’re wasting time with ABA (tell me otherwise).

The other day he had a sub and she asked how the speech therapy is going. We told her we’re still not in one and she was sort of shocked about it. Should we just ride this out? What should we do? When we mentioned it to the ABA people they just said they don’t offer speech therapy and we tell them that’s what we originally went to the facility for.

He points to a lot of things, knows his numbers when we use the chart, colors, lets us read books to him, he loves going outside, so much stuff. I just feel like a speech therapist would benefit so much than this program.

Edit: we are not paying for ABA, it’s free through them until 3 and can use our insurance if we like to continue

Constant ants in our duplex (CA)

Hey everyone, I’m new to living in a duplex as we moved from our apartment complex. We moved into this duplex around mid March and since day 1 I noticed there were trail of ants in the kitchen. My wife and I didn’t worry much and just bought ant spray from the store. However, we’re starting to see them constant and in more area. Examples, living room walls, definitely kitchen on the floors / counter tops, our room, and our bathroom. We’re getting super frustrated because we have a toddler and a crawler and I don’t want them messing with the ants. I promise we’re clean people and don’t eat in the living room. There’s moments when I’m laying down and I just randomly feel one on my arm and it’s super annoying. Can I have my landlord bring someone out to spray or something? Not sure what else to do besides continuing any spray.

I was told by a friend he didn’t like duplexes due to bugs and now I know why.

Any rehires keep their tenure?

SME that’s been with the company for 5 years. I left around my 3 year mark for barely a month and came back when experience started. I know a colleague that was gonna for couple months and got to keep their tenure but on my managers end it shows my 2 year mark is coming up. I don’t really care but only for PTO accumulation purposes lol

Okay I’m new to the game, been collecting a bunch of pokemon the past 2 months and didn’t know one piece had TCG so dove into those also. However, I’m reading there’s more sets. So far I purchased OP14 and OP15 from target and Barnes and noble.

Got one offer of 9 sealed sleeves of OP14 or 15 EB-03 sleeves from another offer. Which one would be better in your guys opinion? I’m ripping either one. I’m confirming with the second offer on the amount
