Advice regarding my skin graft

Hi guys, this is a skin graft over the knee. It will be 2 months in June. The doctor and wound care nurse has given the OK to go ahead and leave it open. Except for the fact that there is some raw areas.

Told to put fucidin ointment on those and QV cream the rest of it. However I don't know how I feel about leaving the raw areas out and exposed. It was being dressed AG silver dressing and l've been continuing to do that to the raw areas - my question is should I continue dressing it with AG silver dressing on the raw areas, everytime I take it off, bits come off and I don't know if that's bad.

One area that's giving me really bad anxiety is that yellow dot you see there. The first circled photo is it 2 weeks ago, then the second photo is it a few days and ago and as you can see there's crust formed over it (idk if it's skin forming or dried up ointment?) and now today when I took the dressing off it's gooey yellow slough again.
Should I just leave it open and especially that bit exposed?? The doctor said they put artificial skin on it first then the real skin on it and it's expected to slough over tendons.

Will that heal? Any advice would be so appreciated. Is the skin graft looking ok and will the pink areas heal too?

The reality unfortunately is that this whole situation of getting a skin graft was caused by this doctor and I had no option but to stay here. The wound care nurse and doctor said to keep it open but keeping those raw areas now is giving me anxiety and feels unsafe.

Should I leave this open? + how to heal this slough?

Any advice at all would really appreciated. You might wonder why I’m not totally following doctors orders but the reality is the only reason he had to get this skin graft is because this doctor majorly destroyed my brothers knee and I had no other option but to stay this hospital due to other health complications.
