Hey everyone! Does anyone else have issues with dryness? I’m on estrogen patch 0.05mg. Progesterone and testosterone and my lips are dry and my clit. I started using the estrogen cream and the suppository, but it didn’t help at all and it seemed to burn when I rubbed it on my clit and inner and outer labia. I finally got the estring. I have only had it in for 3 days now so idk if it will be effective or not. I just don’t get why all of a sudden about 5 months ago it started. I have been tested for every thing. It all came back negative. I have been on hormone therapy for 5 years now with no problems then out of no where it just started. I’m so perplexed as to why and what’s going on. I have no idea what to do. Obviously, I have talked to my gyno about all of this. She is the one giving me the prescriptions. I was on a compound cream for all those years and recently started using the patch to see if that would help. It’s been 6 weeks using those with no relief 😢

How does everyone handle your partners other sex life? I often become curious about my bf and his partner. I asked him about it today. He replied, and now I’m so in my head. Our sex life is like Mother Teresa compared to theirs. I didn’t actually come out and ask, but it kind of came up in conversation, although I didn’t ask the details I got. I get that it’s my fault for even asking anything at all. I have always been in my head about it. Wondering and contemplating whether if I’m better or if she is-and many other thoughts going through my head-knowing he would never actually say who is and I know I should never ask which I haven’t, but after today’s conversation it makes me so upset about our sex life because of how very boring it is comparatively. I thought I was pretty good lol. It basically has made me want to withdraw from having sex because I don’t even understand how he enjoys it.

I have been on HRT for 5 years. I do a Compound estrogen and progesterone cream and inject my T. It was a life saver. Fast forward to last July everything went downhill again. I was getting UTIs and BV all the time. I started using the estrogen cream vaginally about 7 months ago. That helped a lot, plus it fixed the pressure I was having like I had a UTI but didn’t have one. I did the 2 weeks then did the 2 days a week. I have missed here and there because I forgot, but it has been helpful .

I’ve never had pain during intercourse ever. My bf and I had sex over 3 weeks ago. It hurt a little, but the next day my entire vagina felt like it was on fire on the outside and even my clit. I got tested for everything. UTI, yeast, BV, STIs, ureaplasma and mycoplasma. Everything came back negative. My bf and I had sex 3 nights ago and holy mother of god it hurt so bad when he was thrusting and the next day I was burning, had cramps, and tightness inside. Idk how to explain the feeling. It just hurt and completely changed. My question is do any of you go back to the 2 week vaginal cream then go back on maintenance from time to time? I can’t for the life of me figure out what happened or why it hurt so bad just out of the blue. I’m 50 and it’s never been that painful no matter how deep or hard. I am going to do another 2 to 3 weeks vaginally in hope that it helps! I will die if we can’t be intimate anymore. I don’t know any other options.

Men please give me your best tips and tricks on how to give head! I know enthusiasm is a big thing already. I enjoy giving head, but it’s been a long time as I was single and now dating my bf and I want to blow his mind! Obviously I know how, but I’m just wanting to hear some advice to make it much better!
