Relatively new reseller and about a month or two ago started cross listing to other platforms besides Poshmark. I am making regular sales on all platforms except for Mercari. Not only are new members capped at 100 listings but the only notifications I get are to lower my prices. I already list them lower there than on Poshmark, and I’ve even used some of their features to provide offers or lower prices a little to get a visibility boost and nothing sells. And they send out annoying notifications to lower even more?!? I’ve even sold a couple items on Grailed which felt next to impossible. Just a rant.

Well, it finally happened- I got poshmarks warning letter for excessive delisting. New to cross listing and have been delisting when something sells on another platform. I wrote them back and asked them how to handle when things sell on other platforms and haven’t received their canned response yet, but I suspect it’s only a matter of time before they suspend my account because sales continue and I’m not going to stop cross-listing. Has anyone had success appealing the temporary ban by showing proof the items sold elsewhere? Do you all just suck it up and wait it out? Curious how others are handling this when it happens. I know I’m getting ahead of myself as it was just a warning letter, but genuinely curious what you all are doing when you are suspended (appealing vs waiting).

Anyone else experiencing this? For weeks eBay way outperformed Poshmark for me and suddenly the last few days eBay is crickets and Poshmark is on fire. Maybe it’s just the normal ebbs and flows…I’m really new to this. Part of me hopes Poshmark has fixed their buyer side search issues and that this is reflective of people actually finding what they are looking for.

Ok- two months in. Started on Poshmark and started crosslisting 1-2 weeks ago. My sales are coming from all platforms and I am so anxious that I am going to forget to delist OR get banned for too much delisting. On Poshmark, I rotate between deleting an item, marking it as sold, and raising the price so high no one in their right mind would buy it. I don’t worry about delisting in depop until the evening (I work full time) since it’s the wild Wild West anyways. I don’t know the consequences of double selling and having to cancel orders on Mercari, EBay or Vinted. I could bulk delist using my crosslisting platform but this morning I did that and it delisted my listing from the platform it sold on!!! I had to relist it and message the buyer to make the offer again. Also I’m getting overwhelmed tracking where each item is selling throughout the day. I guess it doesn’t really matter as long as I can package it all up at night, but it would be so nice if there was a trick to this. I know some people like Nifty, but I looked into it and doesn’t support all of the platforms I crosslist on. Anyways- words of wisdom and tips/tricks welcome.

I recently posted asking for advice from part time resellers on cross-listing beyond Poshmark. Well, I took the plunge and my sales have definitely increased. I’ve added my listings to Mercari, depop and eBay. Mercari has my capped at 100 though. What others platforms do you use and why? What do you like/dislike about them. I’m mostly concerned with ease of listing (using crosslister) and shipping.
