I have an lil problem, so im actually gay but none of the people around me know and I'm just unsure how to tell them because I once tried to tell an "friend" and then the next month was just pure hell and yeah so I can't really trust anyone around me. That's also why I also got diagnosed with depression and also my therapist doesn't even know that I'm gay so that another stone in the face. And most importantly at some point it will reach my parents and my parents are very very strict they have clear like "standards" for their kids like one of them being straight so that's the biggest stone in the way. And I just can't seem to find an way out so that's where I need some help. 🥹
