Shaping the arms?

Hi all! Ive been teaching myself to skate for a while now, and recently became very interested in artistic skating. To give you an idea of my level, I can turn, spin, do a few jumps, crossovers, and Im currently tackling three turns.

However, being self-taught, Im a bit confused about how my arms should be moving while I skate. I dont mean holding them open during crossovers or at a 90° angle for turns and spins for practicality. Im mostly interested in those movements that really lend artistry to a performance. I can copy other skaters' moves just fine but I was wondering if you guys have any specific tips. Ive already been told to look up ballet port de bras videos on yt and they helped quite a bit, but I still feel awkward on wheels.

Any bit of advice is appreciated!🩰

Had to wake up at 6.30 to skate around the heatwave 😅

Hiiii! Any people from/in Athens Greece in this sub who are equally obsessed with rolling around semi-elegantly and need skating buddies? I am always down for a session, even in this preposterous heat, so please hmu ✨
