I keep seeing posts talking about how for online proctoring it takes them nearly an hour to set up how the Proctor wants it. I just dont understand what on earth they could possibly be asking you to do that takes up an entire hour?? Im taking my test soon but I dont know what to expect at all.
What exactly are they asking you to do when youre setting up?
I keep seeing everyone talk about how accurate the REA book is to the actual CLEP. So im wondering, would it be enough for me to pass if I only study the practice question portion of the REA and watch the modern states modules?
I also keep seeing people talk about how they studied 1-2 days for this test and passed. I just cant wrap my head around how thats possible lol.
I 19(F) am insanely upset because I gave my dad my phone for a mere 4 minutes because he had to fix something on one of my apps. Come to find out he completely purposefully rearranged all my apps in his own way as if it were his phone, he does this same thing with my room, my clothes, food, EVERYTHING. This phone thing is just a minor inconvenience to me, but I personally see it as a breach of boundaries and i see this as controlling behavior (bc he IS very controlling in a lot of aspects), considering im not a child anymore. But I am also upset because I have everything in my designated spots and I know where everything is. Everytime he does something like this, it throws me off and I end up taking so long trying to find where he rearranged things to and its just infuriating.

I called him after I found out and pressed him on what possessed him to commit such a sinister act on my own cellular device. he told me in a joking manner "I forget that you arent 15 anymore" which is his excuse for literally everything, and i am not taking that as an excuse anymore since hes had 4 years to remember. I dont see how this means you rearrange everything in my phone. He also blamed his OCD that he does not have, whatever lol. I just find it incredibly disrespectful and im sure its just past issues that are making me THIS worked up over it.
i used to be an incredibly parano!d smoker (its not letting me say the actual word for some reason?) However one day in highschool I decided, yk what..lemme be a dumbass and smoke before school, knowing it probably wont end up being a fun experience but wtv fuck it we ball. I only ever smoked at home, never in school but I thought "my day should be chill, nothing crazy could be happening today so it wouldnt hurt to try." I hit my cart, i go on about my jolly commute. I get to my first period and what do I see? We're doing the pacer test. the damn pacer test. I have no water, i am fucking blasted, I am already out of breath from my commute, and theres kids sitting on both ends of the bleachers. Just my luck. Every lap i did i swear I thought everyone was staring at solely me and my lungs were on fire. I think I scored like a 6.... Very shameful.
I do not smoke anymore.
