I know it’s nothing but opinion but what are everyone’s thoughts on a new non-hybrid? I am closing in on finalizing a deal on a 26 platinum with the assumption that 4-5 year old engine problems surely have been addressed by now. Reading the extension yesterday has me questioning this decision.

Over the last few months my 2009 X has either started without issue, had a longer crank time but eventually started, or just crank/no start until the battery nearly dies. I’m not sure what to address.
