Help! Budget Vacuum Recommendations

After six years, my Bissell is giving out. It's worked great and I've been happy with it, however the time has come to find a replacement.

A Miele or Sebo is a little bit out of the price range unless we got lucky on the marketplace or were able to thrift one. Maybe one day in the future, but right now it won't be in the cards, and I'm ok spending a couple hundred (max $400 maybe $500 if it's really worth it) - for something that will last at least another couple years - or as long as my Bissell did - till we can afford something nicer.

We're looking for something reliable and that could last a long while, without dropping a thousand dollars on something. Open to any brands, gonna be used for general cleaning - mostly hardwood apartment (noise is fine) with some large area rugs throughout. A dog that sheds a decent bit. Otherwise just gonna be used for general cleaning, and some upholsetry and furniture, so a hose with some attachments would be nice.

Please drop your recommendations! TIA

*Edit - If I can find a Sebo on Marketplace, is the X4, or the X7 the way to go? (a few in my area)

Flying to Puerto Rico on F-1 while AOS

PLEASE READ. We are planning our honeymoon, and planning for going to Puerto Rico.
We recently filed our I-130 and I-485 for AOS thru marriage. My wife is currently in F-1 student status, and has been legal, is still current, never overstayed, and has never had any issues with USCIS, and always stayed on top of things. We’ve had some people say we should be fine and it’s like any other domestic flight (we flew to San Antonio at the end of May before we filed everything and had no issues, brought F-1 and I-20, and flew like normal), and we’ve had some say do not travel while we’re adjusting status. Looking for thoughts, anything based on fact, letter of the law, etc.

We’ve asked many people their thoughts and opinions and are asking many more, and also considering consulting with an attorney. Please give your input also.

Travel for honeymoon

My wife and I recently married and want to take a trip for our honeymoon to Puerto Rico. She is currently in status as an F-1 student, and has always been in good standing, and stayed current and never been out of status. We have of course filed for her I-485, 2 weeks ago, and had biometrics this past week.
We’re wondering if it’s safe to travel - obviously theres not no risk, but also not trying to feed into any fear, and just be realistic about the possibilities.
I think where our head is, is of course there are ICE agents trying to hit quotas and there’s always gonna be a level of risk traveling even once she gets a green card, but for a f-1 student, with pending AOS, who is current and always stayed in status, are we gonna raise any red flags to be concerned about. We obviously want to take this trip, but want to see what others think. Comment with thoughts or more questions.

Edit: we flew to San Antonio at the end of May for a friends wedding and had no issues
