Does any place do a great raspberry sherbet here?

I'm looking for store-made, creamy, powerfully flavorful and, crucially, not too sweet.

My dad went to Hildebrandt's for the first time in decades today and placed his favorite order—raspberry sherbet and hot fudge—only to find out they don't sell it anymore.

I need to find a replacement for Father's Day. This man should NOT be disappointed.
