Blade sharpening guidance needed

Can anybody help with how I’m messing up sharpening my blades? Pic is two days after cutting the grass with newly sharpened blades.

I’m using this file (https://a.co/d/051GsnNS) and a 20-30 degree angle. As I think about it, actual angle is probably around 40 degrees. Blade edge is shiny afterwards and feels like a butter knife, but obviously doesn’t cut cleanly. If appreciate any tips.

Ventra phone menu loop still a problem after 6 years - and how to reach a human

Got stuck in a loop trying to reach Ventra customer service after calling 877-669-8368. What did work was pressing 3, then 3. Posting to share for anybody else caught in the doom loop. I did find a similar issue posted here six years ago but can't add the link in this post.

Here's what happens:

Call 877-669-8368

  • Press 4 for CTA or Pace customer service
  • Press 2 for CTA customer service
  • Receive greeting "thank you for calling CTA
  • Press 3 for Ventra card questions
  • Press 1 to speak to a Ventra card rep Receive greeting "please hold while being transferred" <me thinking I'm getting close to a human>
  • Back to original greeting

Frustrating!!!

Pure Hockey not issuing refund or responding.

Bought a helmet from Pure Hockey online and returned it using the shipping label they provided. That was over a month ago. On 5/2 they replied to my email, stating they had moved to a new operating system, and to expect the refund in 3-5 days. No refund received and no longer responding to my emails. When I call the number on their site (866-787-3462) a message plays saying to email them and then disconnects.

Yesterday I emailed stating I was considering a chargeback. No response. Any other tips before doing the chargeback?

Our company has a handful of users that are having intermittent issues with Teams and Zoom. Internal IT team has not found solution. Reviewing potential vendors leads me to Lakeside or WorldWide Technologies to come in, deploy tools, identify root cause and solve issue. Any experience with these vendors for this type of problem or recommendations on other vendors?
