My design of StoryShift (I think that's the AU name) Frisk! You know, I kinda wondered why some designs with Frisk or Chara in the Shifts AUs never played with some slight clothes changing. I mean, a human (or a demon in Chara's case) has to be real cold in Snowdin, right? Though, I will admit I only added the Hotland design because I wanted a more aesthetic and prettier look lol.

Forgive my handwriting and the fact that the "comic" is basically just copy and paste, but I wanted to just get my concept across.

I feel like making either Frisk or Chara simply a reskin of Sans and have another Sans Fight Version 91028832 is a bit of a waste. Why not explore the fact these two have meta world abilities that may conflict with the Player? Since Sans essentially is just trying to make you give up rather than defeating you (since you come back), I wanted to use the fact that in the original game, Frisk/Player comes back over and over by SAVING and LOADING. Here, in my own version of this AU, rather than you/the Player being the one coming back, it's Frisk. Sans is "unkillable" by being able to dodge attacks, here Frisk is also "unkillable" by abusing YOUR SAVE file (like how Frisk will abuse theirs in Undertale).

Frisk doesn't fight you, they let themselves be killed, then they'll LOAD. It's completely not a good design for an actual game fight, but since Undertale was supposed to sort of go against the typical JRPG at that time, why not insert a most unfair, annoying, and completely time-consuming boss fight where the boss can basically heal?

I think the only way to beat Frisk to chip down their DETERMINATION rather than their HP or Stamina, by ACTING than FIGHTING, like taunting them or mocking them or something. Like a cruel irony of what you'd usually do in a Pacifist run, where you need to ACT before you can spare certain enemies.

Also, I wasn't able to insert a bit of info in the comic, but Frisk in my version of this AU was only able to manipulate the Player's SAVE file basically right before the Judgement Hall, before then the options appeared but were unresponsive, so Frisk couldn't stop the Player at the start of the Genocide run.

Anyways, life is kicking my ass and I only have little rest time, thanks for reading my delusions.

You know, I always imagined Adult Core Frisk with glasses. Specifically red rectangular ones.

Low effort shitty colored sketch. Work and school are annoying right now, and my country (The Philippines) is becoming a circus (trying to ban Discord and Reddit). I'd rather just spend my time drawing Frisks -_-.

You know how Undertale Aus are pretty much Sans (and sometimes Papyrus) centric? They get tons of variations in design and personality. In my vision of Underswap, I didn't want to just have Frisk and Chara switch places and change expressions. If skeletons can get varying designs, why not our two favorite humans?

I have a crap ton of headcanons, but I'm not sure if anyone cares, so I'll just note my design decisions here.

- UT!Chara and US!Frisk both have tufts of hair that resemble demon/goat horns.
- UT!Chara and US!Frisk are more desaturated/lighter in color while UT!Frisk and US!Chara are more saturated/darker. (To differentiate who's dead and who's more alive).
- The reason for the Swap humans having longer hair is just to make them easily identifiable.
- Some interpretations of US!Chara and US!Frisk change their expressions (like removing Chara's smile and making Frisk smile instead). I feel like Chara's smile is too iconic, as well as Frisk's mild expression, so I just made US!Chara less menacing while smiling and US!Frisk more jugdmental looking.

- Chara with freckles is peak.

- UT!Chara and US!Frisk have more sharper lines, while in contrast UT!Frisk and US!Chara have more rounder shape language.
-UT!Chara's blush is unnatural while US!Chara is natural.
- Genocide UT!Frisk is commonly depicted as having the same smile as Chara (see pretty much any animated Sans fight). So, my idea in Underswap is that US!Chara begins to lose more and more emotion, and at the end she's pretty much a stoic killer who doesn't laugh or react at all.

Anyways, that's all my cringe headcanons for now. I think I care too much about these two but whatever.

I actually tried with the coloring this time, still, I hate doing this.

In the early days, Flowerfell was the AU that explicitly had Frisk as an adult, which made me gravitate towards it. I also still like Frans, so this was a nostalgia trip while drawing.

My personal headcanon is that UT Frisk is a major flirt, so if you show any weakness and don't fight back, she's just going to tease you to death.

I'm happy Axetale is still alive, I remember loving the AU back in 2020. Unfortunate that my obsession with Undertale only resurfaced now when most creators are gone or have deactivated.
