So I was just listening to Terrible Things by Mayday Parade and I remembered the first time my friend showed me that song, it gutted me and it made me wonder what other songs were like that? Like you think the song is going one way then it goes another

I like staying up until midnight (yes I'm turning 33, yes I've been a fan since I was 14, yes I'm old) but I was thinking about what song to blast at midnight. I was thinking Headfirst Slide, and I love that song but it's a little depressing. Could go with a classic like Sugar we're going down or Dance, Dance but I'm unsure. Thoughts?
