I recently moved to Bergen and was wondering what's the correct etiquette and attire to make use of the sauna facilities of my gym. Should I wear a bathing suit or just go with a towel?

I was wondering what are the guidelines for skincare after laser?
The derm stressed the importance of sunscreen, but I forgot to ask about actives. I understand obviously on the day of and the day after I should avoid retinol and other exfoliants, but when can I reintroduce them & azelaic acid? Should I wait a full week? Or...?
I can't even imagine what it would be like not to struggle with redness at all times. I'm really excited for the laser treatment. I know I won't be able to see improvements until after the second round, but it still feels like a huge step in the right direction and I can't wait.
