Fractal Summit Stealth Re-Build
Decided to move away from ITX builds. Got a Gigabyte x870 Stealth rear-connect motherboard and the new Fractal Summit case. Going for the clean walnut and black/grey Scan esthetic.
This is a big case with some quality issues, but I am enjoying it and plan to stay in this case for a while. Had to get universal vertical GPU bracket to use up some of the massive space in the case. I also hid the aquacomputer flow/temp meter behind the gpu coming off the PCI pass-through port attached to the vertical bracket.
Temps and sound. Almost completely quiet. Under load, the GPU stays mid to low 40C @ 530-550W. CPU varies. I am still tweeting the CPU but under load at 230wW it was staying in low 60C.
Hardware:
Gigabyte X870 stealth
AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3d2
64gb Gskill 6000mhz c30
Asus Tuf RTX 5090
Noctua 120mm top and back
Noctua 140mm front
Heatkiller 360mm Radiator top
Mo-Ra 400
Heatkiller cpu and gpu blocks.
I have some Heatkiller d5’s and passive controller coming to clean up the wires running from mora to the case.
