Any luck contacting HR regarding pharmacy DL?
I have had it with my DL. As a pharmacist who works their ass off but it's never enough. Everything is my fault, and the DL never fails to make me feel worthless. It's far too long messing with my health and I finally want to take an official step and hope for justice. I will be reporting my incidents to HR. Is this a mistake? I want to ensure HR holds them accountable for their actions and misconduct.
Has anyone had luck taking this route?
