Seattle ABWMP adjustment complete mess.

I woke up this morning and noticed that the adjustment I received on Wednesday/Thursday has been reversed. Everything is gone.
My standing has been reset and all issues have disappeared as well. My actual earnings for this week are also gone, as if they were already sent to my bank account, although that shouldn’t be possible on a Sunday.
What is going on with Amazon? Is anyone else no longer seeing their previous adjustments?
Any thoughts if this reverse is permanent and everything was issued to us by mistake?

How much time needed to wipe off ding?

At this point I need some reassurance that everything will be ok.
Long story short. I already wrote here that a week ago had issue with Amazon fresh order.
Station was preparing my cart too long and as result system removed entire route from me.
I received a ding of offer not picked up ( 10 stops) that fall under TOS violation and my standings are currently at risk.
Any new issue can lead to deactivation.
I called support, texted them in app, wrote to Jeff , Andy , asked to forward email to escalations team, mentioned arbitration, basically did everything I could to appeal.
The decision remains unchanged. This issue will not be removed.
I’m completely lost at this point and would like to know how long it will take to improve standings? How many deliveries? Is this 1 issue or 10 issues( stops) combined in 1?

I do only fresh.
3-4 IO per day 10-12 stop in average.
I don’t understand right now how it works because last time I had similar issue it was not under TOS violation, so I don’t understand what to expect.

Dings. No way out.

I need to know how you guys and ladies manage dings.

Over the past several months of working and reading multiple topics, I’ve come to certain questions that I don’t know how to answer.

  1. Package is missing. As a driver, I can’t do anything at this point. I contact support and the station. The package is removed from my route — I get a ding — standings go at risk.
  2. App glitch. Route disappears. I call support — they say everything is OK — I get a ding — standings go at risk.
  3. Package at Whole Foods, pet store, or any other store was stolen or taken by another driver. I can’t do anything. I contact support — I get a ding — standings go at risk.
  4. Station is closed. I contact support — I get a ding.
  5. I can’t deliver. I contact support — they say everything is OK — I get a ding — standings go at risk.

I understand the idea of dings for actual mistakes. But when something is beyond my control, I still get punished.

Also, with the fact that almost all dings are now labeled as Terms of Service violations, they affect standings much more severely.

So what are the “magical methods” you know that can be used to avoid dings?

Oh yes… and now almost every response to an appeal is: “Our decision remains unchanged.”

It looks like endless game when i'm never a winner

Order not picked up - terms of service violation.

Hi everyone.
I need advice.
I’ve been doing flex for 5 years. Issues happened but rarely and I always dispute them once they come. Always in fantastic.

I see that things changed a lot but because last time I received an issue it was February I do not know how to react and what to expect now.

A week ago I was doing IO from Fresh. There was a delay from the station that resulted in me waiting 40+ minutes for cart to be ready. Eventually system removed route from me for waiting too long and today I received issue of order not picked up ( 10 stops) that put my standings at risk.

Yesterday I had another issue. Again during fresh order. One of the packages was missing and support removed it from me. I expect to receive another issue soon.

So my question. Will my account be deactivated after second issue? In other words after how many issues of - order not picked up - account may be deactivated?

I already sent appeal everywhere but I’m afraid that first issue will not be removed so fast and my account will be cooked after second issue.
