Is agency work good for someone with little site experience?

Im 22 and desperate to start working in the industry, I have a level 3 diploma in electrical and an ecs card and will be getting my 18th edition in a few months. I was just looking for advice on potentially working with an agency with pretty much no real world experience (I’m assuming not) or do the sensible thing and become a full time improver. Any advice is greatly appreciated!! :)

Most of these pictures were taken on the same hike
(Grindelwald to bachalpsee) the pictures don’t do it justice!! There’s a lot of elevation gain and we passed next to no one until the last leg of the hike, and the views were ridiculous the entire way up
