Its my fault. I picked it up from my local nursery. It's almost 5 feet tall and 4 feet wide in a 5 gallon pot.

Even though it looked a little wilty, It has great horizontal, bonsai like structure and the owner said it had endured a light frost a week prior but it will be fine.

When I was inspecting it closer at home the next day I noticed several new growth shoots were broken and folded right over like in the picture. And most of the leaves are wilted.

This is my first ever Japanese maple. Do you think it'll survive? Should I trim off all the broken branches? About 20% of the tops are bent like this so not too severe. I'm thinking it'll survive and start pushing out new growth once it's in the ground and happy but it has definitely sustained damage and I'm wondering if it'll still even look nice.

Thank you for any advice

I had a septoplasty 8 months ago that has completely 100% ruined my life and is the biggest regret of my life. Not only did it not help, it made it 10x worse.

My septum has re shifted and nasal valve has collapsed.

And I haven't hardly slept in 8 months. My sleep is extremely fragmented because every single night when I lay down for sleep, even the good side blocks up leaving me with no nasal breathing whatsoever. When I sit up and get out of bed the congestion on my good side opens up.

I can't live like this much longer.

The 3rd ENT surgeon I saw today offered to do a rhinoplasty and basically rebuild the nose. Will this help me breathe? I'm not chasing cosmetics. I couldn't care less. I just want to be able to breathe again.

Thank you. Please help. I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what to do. He said think it over and he'll call me on Monday. I don't want to be the one making the decisions. Why can't they just fix my fucking nose?
