As I mention in my previous post that dealer is trying to sell a manufacturing defects car to me all the paper is done.

But I refuse the delivery because they unable to solve the car issue.

So at the end I denied the dealer that either give me new car or give me my refund. So he arrange the new car within 20 days and deliver to me. I drove this car 900 in 2 days. Everything is ok and perfectly working. No quality issue. But a little disappointed with cost cutting by tata like jack , and cheap quality parts like turn indicators sticks and boot and interior covering material.(O.C).

I need help for a new car booking.

I booked the tata punch ev at jhunjhunu dealer .

When i did the pda i found 3 issue related to boot opening, keyless door entry not working and parkinh sensor, so i told them to resolve it.

Then they assure me that they will solve it by tomorrow.

Then day after tomorrow means 10th of july i go at the dealership for delivery. But they were unable to resolve it. For the whole day i sit there for the resolution but nothing happen, so i told them to refund or arrange the new car, because they open the new car cabin in front of me. But they continuously assuring me to solve it. Because they already done the rto!!!!. Next day they told me that issue is related to ecu , it will take 2 to 3 days to come from the company. And it come by 13 june but still they unable to solve it . I am stuck in situations of bank loan, which already started , please help me with this situation. Connect me at 9413161196 for any query.
